(non-punchthrough, NPT) insulated gate bipolar transistor (insulatedbipolargatetransistors,
IGBT)

products, with 45A, 70A and 95A rated current type models. MGM Sammy new
product family is designed for NPTIGBT designed to work in harsh environments,
especially for solar inverters, welding machines and switching power supplies
and other industrial products.
U.S. high-power devices Sammy new loss by
