Grid tie inverter supplier will face severe challenges


According to market Research firm IMS Research, the latest quarterly report, for her dragon power inverter , 2013 will be another challenging year, global revenue growth did not change, and shifting from the traditional market of major changes will occur.

Due to the power inverter price falling and new markets such as Japan, China, India and the United States is difficult to penetrate or lead to its core cannot make up for the decline in the market, the global top ten manufacturers of inverters are very likely to suffer.

Recently, leading power inverter supplier SMA and Satcon distribution earnings warning and filed for bankruptcy indicated that at present all the power inverter supplier suffered serious challenge, in 2014, before may not improve. 

Recently, IMS Research released "global PV inverter  market" quarterly report predicts global PV inverter capacity in 2013 will achieve double-digit growth, reach 35 gigawatts (gw).

Inverter, however, revenue will not increase, because manufacturers try to penetrate emerging markets for market share, in a highly competitive market environment, the price of grid tie inverter is expected to decline. 

2013, inverter geographical changes in market demand and continuous strong price competition will pose serious challenges to the leading PV inverter supplier.

Although the United States and some of the major Asian countries will be how many make up with the demand of the market in Italy and Germany,grid tie inverter but for many leading inverter supplier, is not easy to enter the market. 

In 2013, inverter manufacturers will continue to face challenges including certification standards and low cost base and local manufacturing requirement and the fierce competition from local suppliers.
